1. Introduction & Operational Structure

Welcome to snoutandseek.com (the "Site"). We are committed to protecting your personal information.

Who "We" Are:

This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected and used by the joint operators of this Service:

  • The Content Owner: Lumos Global Limited (referred to as "Owner," "we," or "us"). The Owner is the primary Data Controller responsible for your membership, content delivery, and marketing.
  • The Platform Operator: PLAYNECT Limited (referred to as "Operator"). The Operator acts as a Data Processor and service provider, managing the technical infrastructure, web hosting, and payment processing on behalf of the Owner.

By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that your data will be processed by both entities to deliver the Service.

2. Information We Collect

We prioritize "Data Minimization," collecting only what is necessary to deliver content, coordinate events, and manage subscriptions.

A. Information You Provide Voluntarily

  • Identity & Account Data: Name, email address, and username used to create your membership profile.
  • Billing Data: Address and phone number. We do not store credit card numbers. All financial data is handled directly by Stripe, via the Operator’s account.
  • Event Coordination Data: When you schedule an information session regarding in-person experiences (via Calendly), we collect your name, email, and booking preferences. Note: Video calls hosted via Google Meet are live interactions only; we do not record or store audio/video of these sessions.

B. Information Collected Automatically

  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device type.
  • Usage & Interaction Data: Pages viewed, scroll depth, and mouse movements.
  • Session Replay Data: We use Content Square to analyze user behavior (clicks, scroll patterns, and mouse movements) to improve the user experience. This data is pseudonymized and used to identify usability friction points.

3. Cookies & Third-Party Technologies

We use cookies to maintain your session and analyze performance.

Essential & Functional:

  • Ghost: Used to maintain your login session and membership status.
  • Stripe: Used by the Operator to detect fraud and secure payment processing.

Analytics & Performance:

  • Content Square: Used to record customer journeys and digital experience metrics.
  • Google Analytics: Used to measure site traffic and performance.

Advertising:

  • Facebook Pixel: Used to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

4. How We Use Your Personal Information

We use your data for the following specific purposes:

  • Service Delivery: To manage your subscription and grant access to gated content.
  • Payment Processing: To facilitate payments via the Operator’s Stripe integration.
  • Scheduling: To coordinate information sessions regarding our in-person events.
  • Experience Optimization: To analyze site navigation (via Content Square) and fix technical errors.
  • Communication: To send newsletters and transactional emails (invoices, appointment reminders).
