Local flowers in Yunnan carry medicinal significance

As we walk into the ancient tea tree forest, we start to notice the sheer range of flora and fauna. Each species is coexisting with another, and in some cases, strangling other plants as it climbs and takes over. Many of these plants have long been used in Chinese medicine. Locals can often identify them at a glance, and tell you not just their names, but what they’re traditionally used for.
