With extensive experience in the food industry across Europe, Asia, and North America, Arnold is not only an excellent chef and a talented instructor, but also a dedicated advocate for children with disabilities – empowering them through culinary training and guiding them toward meaningful employment and life experiences
Zhencheng Zhuang

Co-author of Chi Suan! Zhencheng is a Sichuan native with over a decade of experience working with cultural institutions across China. A passionate storyteller with deep seeded roots in culinary culture, Zhencheng is an ambassador for hidden gems in Chinese food culture.
Hui Mu
Co-author of Chi Suan!
Hui Mu is a brilliant cultural investigator and storyteller. A native of Yunnan, Hui Mu has a strong passion for pursuing local and minority cultures. She has brought to life many ancient Chinese cultures, traditions, and culinary methods/techniques in the modern era.

Each founding member of Snout & Seek brings a unique cultural background with deep roots in sharing culinary delights with the world. Whether that be through restaurants, books, consulting, or public speaking - there is a relentless drive to share culinary culture with the world. During our careers, each of us has faced countless times where audiences were unaware or misguided on the contributions and impact different cultures play in modern cuisine.
Snout & Seek was born out of a need to highlight and share both these untold contributions of ancient and the modern of culture. Sights, sounds, tastes, smells, and sensations bringing culinary culture to life in a way never before seen.
